What happens to the details you send us, in plain words.
What we collect
When you send a box from Build your box: your name and email, your business name and notes if you add them, your choices (business type, needs, timeline and layers), whether you agreed to be contacted and to receive news, and the page you sent it from. To stop abuse we may also keep a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself. We clear it once it is a day old, the next time anyone uses the form.
Why
To reply to your request and scope your project. We send you news only if you ticked that box, and every news email lets you unsubscribe.
Where it goes
Your request goes to the MCV team’s inbox and email, and may be kept in a request log so nothing is lost. It passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs its spam check, and through our email and customer-inbox providers. They act for MCV.
Analytics and spam checks
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. When the spam check on the form is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person.
